    Are you serious? This is a joke, and it’s not even in Houston. This is not staging your home. This is such outdated material…a diservice to homesellers.

      Hi Laurie: Thanks for stopping by. The house is not in Houston, but the fundamentals apply. Of course if a seller really wants to get their house sold, they should use the ERA Seller’s Security Plan where we will sell your house or ERA will buy it. Other than that, how is a clean, presentable, de-personalized house a “diservice (sp) to sellers?” Using the advice in this video has served my clients over the past quarter century with a 95+% success rate in selling their homes. I would like to improve on that result, so how would you suggest we improve our program? At ERAHouston.com we are always trying to improve.
